TO JOIN AIRABELLA LAKE OCONEE

Greensboro-Based Craft Brewery Opening Second Location

to Anchor New Mixed-Use Development

GREENSBORO, Ga. (Oct. 20, 2022)—After five years of being Greensboro’s local craft brewery, Oconee Brewing Company has announced plans to expand by partnering with Airabella Lake Oconee to open a second taproom and be one of the mixed-use development’s anchors. “We’ve become more than just this brewery that makes beer. We have become part of the community, and we're very proud of that,” said Taylor Lamm, co-founder and brewmaster of Oconee Brewing Company. “We couldn’t continue our growth without local support.”

Oconee Brewing Company was chosen because of the success of its flagship location in downtown Greensboro. Its event space is known for hosting live music, entertainment, and family gatherings, and Lamm looks forward to bringing the same energy and family-friendly ambiance to Airabella Lake Oconee. The new location will complement the original, serving the brewery’s standard offerings while experimenting with new varieties and seasonal selections.
