"Heckbugs in Love" Returns with New Features and Rewards!

Hamburg, February 6, 2023 – Heckbugs are back in gamigo’s hugely popular voxel-based MMO, Trove!

Trovians can get ready to experience the thrill of ‘Heckbugs in Love’ with returning, and brand-new additions, starting on February 7 through until February 20!

Heckbugs have returned to Dragon Fire Peaks and Sunken Sunvault, bringing with them all the rewards that were available in last year's event, as well as brand-new rewards.

This year, Trovians can progress through an 8-step quest chain that rewards a Cave Hybrid’s Trove. Heckbugs can now be encountered in the Verdent Veins Geode Caves and with a little luck and love some might join you as companions.

In addition, these are some of the beloved returning aspects:

• Invasions will appear twice as often, with shadow Heckbugs replacing shadow Giants.
• The Heckbug Baby mount from 2020 can be obtained after helping Heckbug companions in the Sunken Sunvault.
• When Heckbugs are defeated, there’s a chance for them to drop the Skittering Heart Box, which can either contain a Bashful Lovebug Mount or a Dormant Block Dragon Egg.
• Heckbugs can also fall head over heels in love with a Trovians companion Heckbug, which has a chance to drop a tradable Handsome Heckling ally, a tradable Electric Heckling ally, or even a tradable Heckbug Monarch Mount!
