Commerce building will overlook the future 250-acre Harold Simmons Park site, celebrating the intersection of soccer, nature, and community in the heart of Dallas DALLAS — Harold Simmons Park today announced it will curate and install the largest public art mural in Dallas history on the building at 106 W. Commerce Street, just in time for the city’s celebrated role as a host city for the 2026 FIFA World Cup™. The sweeping mural will be prominently positioned overlooking the future site of Harold Simmons Park, transforming a prominent urban canvas into a vivid symbol of Dallas’s spirit, creativity, and global ambition. Designed to captivate the tens of thousands of soccer fans and visitors descending on Dallas for the World Cup, the mural will weave together the beautiful game and the natural world — reflecting the very mission of Harold Simmons Park: to connect the people of Dallas to nature and to one another. Just as the park will serve as a gathering place and green sanctuary for all Dallas residents, the mural will stand as an open invitation to experience art, community, and the outdoors on a grand scale. “Soccer, at its core, is about bringing people together — just as Harold Simmons Park will bring Dallas closer to nature and to each other. This mural is where those two visions meet.” – Tony Moore, CEO, Trinity Park Conservancy. The Artists & Collaborators
